We are all about service here at Lennon Dental Center
Everybody can say, “Oh, this makes our practice different.” You know, “We’re caring, and this and that and this and that.” But I find a lot of value in the feedback that patients actually give us. They like the fact that we stay on time, and value their time. They like the fact that we give them reminders because they’re always busy, everybody’s busy. That we take time to see what they want to have done, rather than, “Hey, you need this, you need that. Why are you here? What is your concern? What level do you want to take care of your mouth?” It’s all about service, basically. It’s, we’re here… And I’ve told the staff, many times, we’re here to serve people, not to get a paycheck.
