We place a high value on people that have emergencies because stuff happens. Everybody knows that. So what we’ve done is we have a answering service that we have on after office hours, and before the office opens up. So if you call in our office, and you’ll receive a answering service that will ask you your name, your birthday, your address, your phone number, and what the issue is, and whether you want the doctor to be paged or not. And we’ve got apps on our phones, myself and my office manager, and we will be paged. And typically, we will return the call, because of the coverage area, typically we return the call within about 20 minutes. If that time has elapsed, we instruct the patient to call back because we may be in a dead zone because of the location. In an emergency, give us a call. We can usually get you in either that day or within the next day pretty much routinely.
