It’s important to be on regular dental care
Our practice strives in putting people on the path of great dental care. One of the first things that we like to do is, once you come in and have a consultation exam and get a cleaning done, is to put you on what’s called a re-care visit. And during that re-care visit, we do basically the same thing all over and give you an update and an evaluation of the current status of your mouth and the oral health as it is right now. Now, the importance of that is it gives you a baseline about future visits. If we see some areas that need some attention, then you know where to address those. If we see that you’re doing great, then that’s encouraging to stay where you are. You’re doing fine. Keep on the recalls and the re-cares to be reinforced and re-modified to make changes, if necessary, on how to keep your teeth the longest you can.
